Returns, refunds, and credits
Applies to paid facilitation blocks issued after 12 May 2026. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, “business day” means a weekday in Queensland that is not a public holiday under the Holidays Act 1983 (Qld). This policy operates alongside your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Cooling-off for distance contracts
- If Australian Consumer Law grants a cooling-off period for a service bought remotely, we honour the statutory timeline and refund the deposit within ten business days of a valid notice.
- Voluntary cancellations before kickoff
- Cancellations more than five business days before the first workshop receive a full refund minus any third-party booking fees already paid.
- Late cancellations
- Cancellations inside five business days convert fifty percent of the fee to a credit note valid for six months; the remainder covers reserved calendar time.
- Mid-project exits
- If you end after deliverables begin, you pay for completed milestones plus any in-flight work billed at the agreed hourly rate up to the next milestone cap.
- Quality concerns
- Email chat@stunningradiant.site with specifics. We remedy documented errors in roadmap documents at no charge when raised within fourteen days of delivery.
- Chargebacks
- Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can trace invoices and avoid duplicate refunds.
